CD'S of Meditative explorations
I am making cd's of some of my group meditation sessions, for those interested. These are copies of what transpires within each such session; and thus there is sometimes conversation that takes place too. Yet many tell me that there is a certain energy field within each recording, which works through the process of attrainment to enable your own energies.
